This treatment is the Jackson valance using the straight top and bottom hemline method. This simple tailored design offers an inverted pleat using a contrast fabric inside the pleats.
The face fabric was Kasmir Fabrics pattern, Netherlands/Thyme and the lining was Mitchell Fabrics pattern, Lustra/Spruce. The top treatment was mounted on a black Seabrook Hardware pole using the rings and pinch clips to hang the valance.
Mounted underneath the top treatments for privacy were Hunter Douglas 2" Everwood woodblinds in white to match the wood trim around the windows. Everwoods are alternative wood blinds.
