My client wanted top treatments to blend with her existing wall color and furniture. So, I designed a rendering for their home using the fabric that was chosen. Below is a sketch of the bay window using the fabric from Kasmir Fabrics. Pattern : Blitz Color: Onyx
This is the finished top treament for the sink window. Mounted underneath the topper is a Hunter Douglas Designer Screen shade. These shades are great for cutting the glare of the sun yet filter the light. Another great feature is the care and cleaning these shades, just wipe off with a damp cloth using water and mild detergent. An ideal shade for above a sink area!
The top treatment was lined with a contrast lining in the terra cotta color and piped with black piping
The overall look worked out well for this open area. We decided later to put a cornice board above the french doors to add some color. I have just the right amount of fabric to finish that project!
