Using ready-made pillow shams as a window treatment

This is a very inexpensive window topper using one standard pillow sham and half of a European sham (26x26) for the center point.

This was board mounted using coordinating shams that matched the bedspread. My client had two windows like this so all total we used one pair of standard pillow shams and one square European  pillow sham.

What a fun and creative way to use up the extra items purchased in a bedspread ensemble !
